1. The shipment is made within 1-3 working days from the moment of acceptance of the order. The vast majority of orders are shipped on the day of order placed before 1:00 p.m.  In case of force majeure, the delivery time can be extended up to 5 days. In this case, the client will be additionally notified by a call or message on Viber.

2. The minimum order amount is from 100 hryvnias, but orders from 100 to 299 hryvnias are accepted only if full payment is made by card or on the website.

Delivery is carried out by the Nova Poshta carrier without prepayment, provided that the order is over 300 hryvnias, according to the company's tariffs. At the request of the client, we send by Ukrposhta, only on condition of full payment of the cost of the goods to a bank card or on the website.

Payment:

1. There are three payment options - payment on the website, payment by bank card or payment by cash on delivery at the post office. When choosing post-payment, the client should take into account the commission of the new post office for remittance of money transfer of 2% + UAH 20. The transfer fee is paid by the buyer.

2. When choosing the card payment option, the order is sent only after providing a screenshot of the payment.

3. When paying by bank card, the bank commission is paid by the buyer.

Terms of order:

1. Every customer has the right to order, but the company reserves the right to refuse the customer an order if it considers the customer to be untrustworthy with any signs (the order was placed by the customer in a state of alcohol intoxication, the customer was rude or insulted the manager, etc. ).

2. The storage period for mail orders is FIVE days. If the customer has not appeared at the office specified by him for sending, after the expiration of five days, from the moment the order arrived at the post office, and did not inform in advance about the delay, the company reserves the right to withdraw or redirect the parcel without notifying the customer.

3. If the client does not have time to pick up the parcel within 5-7 days, the parcel will be withdrawn. If the client wishes to extend the storage period up to 10 days, he must pay for the delivery of the parcel through the Nova Poshta website or in the Nova Poshta application.

4. The maximum storage period of the parcel is 10 days. After 10 days, if the parcel is not paid for, it will be withdrawn.

5. In the event that the client did not show up at the post office for the parcel, and it was withdrawn, the next order from this client is accepted only on the condition of prepayment of 200 hryvnias. This amount is non-refundable and in case of rejection of the parcel, or if I do not come to pick it up at the post office, it will not be returned!

6. In the event that the customer refused the package at the post office, he has two days to place a new order without prepayments. After the end of two days, a customer who refused to receive a parcel at the post office can place an order only after prepayment of 150 hryvnias. This amount is non-refundable and in case of rejection of the parcel, or if I do not come to pick it up at the post office, it will not be returned!
